We are now looking for a Head of Change & Transformation , to join our digital transformation & excellence team . The Digital Transformation & Excellence team are responsible for overseeing and driving the Remote Service Operations Governance, Transformation, Quality and Continual Improvement agenda, ensuring successful and continuous business evolution, effectiveness, and control. This consists of ensuring consistent global delivery and best practice, including the end-to-end operational enablement of strategic change programmes such as the landing of new technology and operating models, and simplifying / removing complex or inefficient processes and legacy structures.

What you’ll do

Woking as The Head of Change & Transformation you will be working closely with Operational, Service and Technical Leads, you will have the responsibility of ensuring our resources, processes and tools are enabled to deliver target operational outcomes optimally. You will be also accountable for delivering continual improvement throughout the operation working with Group Managed Services Product, Service and Delivery Leads

Specific tasks include:

  • Establishes Team objectives
  • Manages a team across the Group over multiple geographies & timezones
  • Develop and motivate team to help ensure the delivery of team and department targets and build relevant succession plans.
  • Provide effective leadership to drives change, innovation, and growth across the Team, linked to the department and divisional goals.
  • Take accountability for the delivery of business focused projects/deliverables to defined targets
  • Responsible for the leadership and success of the Transformation function and resources.
  • Designing and implementing the strategic approach to managing change within Remote Service Operations
  • Leading the change management activities within a structured and governed framework
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of Remote Service Operations change including new business transitions, take-on & transformation and operational & tooling efficiency projects and programmes.
  • Developing programme and project management methodology and governance structures that can be used across multiple projects.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders such as clients or other departments to ensure that projects meet their requirements.
  • Assessment and development of transformational business cases, Requirements & commercials, deliverables & outcomes, success criteria & measures, ROI & investment approval
  • Ensuring that all projects are staffed with the right resources with the necessary skills, experience, knowledge, and abilities.
  • Alignment with existing frameworks, processes and securing of resource requirements across all Group Delivery & Group Functions, such as Portfolio Innovation & Management, T&T, CSD, GIS, GTS, FLS etc. required to deliver Remote Service Operations change strategy.
  • Evaluating the change impact and organisational readiness to limit potential risks.
  • Supporting the organisation to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
  • Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
  • Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
  • Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance & benefits realisation related to the change request.


What you’ll need

  • Previous Leadership experience
  • Experience of Managing cross cultures
  • Experience progressively responsible positions in project management, program management, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of change professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes and procedures related to project and program management.
  • Expertise in multiple Project Management Methodologie (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.) PMP, Prince or other relevant certification
  • Extensive experience developing and managing project budgets.
  • Strong understanding of principles of organisational change management
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience working in a global organisation.
  • Experience with enterprise-level project and program management
  • Thorough knowledge of ITIL framework
