As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a central role within our organization, where you will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability.
In collaboration with others, you ensure compliance with standards (i.e., ISO certification, Security policy) and develop, implement, and coordinate our Corporate Social Responsibility program. You connect various compliance topics and ensure that the organization complies with laws and regulations. You analyze risks and help correct weaknesses. You are an inspiring and motivating professional with passion for sustainability who knows how to motivate our commercial organization on this theme.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement the CSR program: You establish sustainability goals, create strategies, and initiate initiatives to promote the organization's sustainability.
Compliance with standards: You ensure the organization meets standards related to quality, safety, and sustainability, including managing Sustainability & Vendor certifications and guidelines. This includes maintaining portals, gathering information, or preparing documentation to ensure compliances.
Risk analysis and management: You identify deficiencies and risks related to quality and sustainability and develop strategies to address and control them.
Compliance management: You ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to quality and sustainability through assessment, policy development, and potential employee training.
Communication and stakeholder management: You serve as a point of contact and coordinate communication about quality and sustainability, collaborating with internal (international) and external stakeholders to increase awareness and engagement in sustainability initiatives.
Continuous improvement: You foster a culture of continuous improvement in quality and sustainability by evaluating measures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing them in collaboration with relevant teams.
Assisting and co-writing in public tenders in sustainability issues.
