The Key Account Manager for the Public sector will work on a plan for its sector. The activities will focus on connecting with (potential) customers, preparing for and running European Tenders, Coworking with strategic Vendors and working together with different stakeholders within Computacenter.
What You Will Do
Proactively build customer contacts and rapport across a number of customers, levels and opportunities
Responsible for commercial strategy in European Tenders
Achieve win/win with customers to maximise value to both Computacenter and customer therefore increasing customer satisfaction with the period of a Tender (framework) agreement
Ability to negotiate and close contracted services and solutions
Manage customer liaison to transact services and solution sales to maximise profit
Engage with appropriate resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs
Accountable for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer
Responsible for sales documentation and methodology to enable the sales process and information
