What You Will Do
In this role you’ll manage a team of Account Managers (private sector) and have commercial end-responsibility for a set of large and strategic enterprise accounts. You will get a team target to achieve and will be a member of the NL Country Unit structure reporting into the private Sales Director. You will need to:
Lead and motivate, coach and mentor, inspire and support your team in the Private Sales team to develop and drive behaviour and performance to maximise results and achieve targets
Build a good understanding of the customer environment, internal organisation and competitor landscape to determine potential key growth areas
Monitor and guard the Computacenter strategy and vision
Develop commercial strategies to maintain and increase market share
Build and expand relationships “high and wide” in customer organisations to expand the partnership
Have regular Business Reviews with the sales team to define and follow-up strategic actions
Manage customer liaison to transact complex services and complex solution sales to maximise profit • Engage with appropriate resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs
Measure CRM and forecast accuracy from the team and drive improvement
Report forecasts and strategy to the Sales Director
Maintain senior relationships: internal, at customers and at key strategic partners. Use these relationships to support the team and achieve team targets
Support the team in making commercial progress on the SWEET16 list
Drive with your team the Managed Services pipeline and support qualification
Drive value in our offering to customers through Professional Services • Support the governance process and ensure compliance
Help the team to sell across the wide Computacenter portfolio
