What You Will Do
As a Key Account Manager specializing in AI Infrastructure at Computacenter, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with organizations investing in advanced AI technologies.
Your focus will be on positioning Computacenter’s infrastructure solutions—including GPU clusters with high-performance compute, storage and datacenter networking—to enterprise clients in the private sector.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting AI-driven organizations
Identify customer needs related to AI infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)
Promote Computacenter’s portfolio in collaboration with key technology partners (e.g., Cisco, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, VAST Data, NVIDIA)
Build relationships with CTOs, AI/ML leads, and IT decision-makers
Coordinate with pre-sales architects, solution sales specialists, and international delivery teams to ensure successful engagements
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and build compelling business cases
Manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Manage customer liaison to transact complex services and complex solution sales to maximize profit
Accountability for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer
Identify a broad range of opportunities and customers to develop sales campaigns
