The Solution Area Director Datacenter & Cloud BENE will run the solutions business driving the pipeline of complex datacenter & cloud infrastructure solutions supported by professional services.
In this role you will be responsible for a growing and profitable turnover of the Datacenter & Cloud solutions portfolio and support the Solution Sales team in the acquisition of new customers and generating growth of revenues of existing customers.
Role
You will have direct management of a team of Solution Sales Specialists and Solution Architects in Belgium and the Netherlands. Working closely with the Sales Directors and Client Directors BENE, you will ensure your team provides end-to-end ownership to qualified opportunities.
Your leadership will be crucial in creating an environment where teamwork thrives, and initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives
Achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets, budget and target responsibility
Provide accurate forecasting and key performance indicators to the Director Solutions BENE
You stay updated on industry trends and client needs, enabling you to develop innovative solutions that align with Computacenter’s strategic goals
Maintain strategic contact with our vendors in cooperation with vendor management
By strategically planning your workdays and focusing on key priorities, you can effectively lead your team and manage your responsibilities in the Belgium & The Netherlands region

Responsibilities
Commercial Management 25%
Build a detailed understanding of the infrastructure Datacenter services market, frameworks, competitor landscape to determine key growth areas
Support campaigns, adherence to sales methodology and communication with all stakeholders to win the deal
Have regular business reviews with the Solution Sales Team and drive strategic actions to grow the pipeline and close opportunities
Manage key customer stakeholders to transact complex solution sales that maximise profit and customer value
Team Management 20%
Inspire your team to deliver customer value and maximise profitability
Provide inspirational leadership, supporting the team in successful customer delivery
Leadership and motivation, coaching and mentoring feedback, and support of your team to develop and drive behavior and performance
Customer Service Outcome 15%
Work with strategic customers and internal service providers to deliver high customer satisfaction
Overall accountability for the success of professional services-led customer engagements
Develop the organisation and processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency in delivery
Provide governance, stakeholder management and escalation support for strategic customer issues
Reporting 10%
Report forecast and strategy to the Director Solutions BENE
Ensure accuracy of forecasting and sales process for business area
Monitor and guard the Computacenter strategy and vision
Vendor Management 20%
Regular engagement and meetings with BENE key infrastructure vendors’ executives
Support Marketing relevant for BENE Solutions
Proposition Development 10%
Drive the development of your specific solution area as defined and agreed within the Group strategy
Engage with internal service providers to ensure awareness of business strategy and propositions and ensure a plan exists to create necessary skills and capabilities
