We are a dynamic organization committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire the best and brightest.
In the Talent Acquisition team, you will directly contribute to the company’s success, since we are responsible for talent attraction and selection, end to end candidate management and local Employer Branding activities. In this role you will work on vacancies for Computacenter Hungary, in close collaboration with stakeholders, managers, and candidates as well.

On a daily basis:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Identify, source, screen, and interview potential candidates across a variety of roles and departments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Create reports while ensuring high satisfaction and seamless delivery
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the selection and hiring process
- Engage with current job boards and social network platforms
- Create and release job descriptions or announcements
- Be the first point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, agencies and other partners
- Teamwork with other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You have experience in a customer facing role, preferably in HR or Talent Acquisition
- You can build and maintain relationship with candidates and hiring mangers as well
- You are familiar with MS Office, candidate databases and Social Networks
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a proactive, flexible and open-minded attitude
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You have some experience / you are interested to learn more about sourcing channels and platforms including local job boards, global job boards, social media, local networks, recruiting events and agencies.
- You are an influencer on both sides - candidates and hiring managers
- You are result-oriented, excellent in keeping deadlines and pay attention to details
- You can work independently but you are a team player, constructive, flexible and responsible
- You are fluent in English& Hungarian (German or French is a significant advantage).
