Life on the team…

As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

On a daily basis:

You take ownership of administrative tasks in the team
You read and understand customer data
You compile management information reports through relevant business tools to provide accurate and up-to-date data
You prioritise and coordinate your work
You ascertain customer requirements to direct the enquiry to the relevant team or department
You understand complex subjects to meet business and customer requirements and communicate to senior team members when appropriate
You gather information and validate assumptions by proactively approaching senior team members for support.

You are the ideal candidate if...

You have 1-3 years of administrative experience
You are willing to learn new skills and new systems
You possess good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
You plan and organise your own workload
You pay attention to detail, ensure accuracy of data, and provide data for reporting and processing of information
You have interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills and can build relationships at all levels.

You have an advantage if...

You have experience with relevant business systems (e.g. SAP, BI solutions, Partner Portals like Azure and AWS)
You have a good understanding of Marketplace offers
You have proven experience of high standards of customer service.
