Life on the team...

As a key member of the Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) European Communications team, you would be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of communications campaigns that inform, involve and inspire 1,200 employees across Europe. This role will provide vital support to the ambitious programme of events, communications campaigns and content, as well as day-to-day team administration.

On a daily basis:

You assist with managing the programme of events, including annual leadership community gatherings, monthly virtual meetings, quarterly virtual town halls, and biennial conferences, including planning, content creation, event administration, and supporting events on-location
You support the team managing the department's pages on our SharePoint
You own the end-to-end planning, design, and delivery of individual content items to support events and communications campaigns, including PPT presentations and Word documents
You help with the planning, creation, and execution of each month’s episode of GTS TV, including concepts, planning, briefing, delivery, and publication
You assist the Projects and Communications Manager with our monthly News Letter
You collaborate across the team and with stakeholders to develop and publish content on Viva Engage
You record, respond to, and action email enquiries in the team mailbox, either directly or through others
You provide administrative support, including agendas, minutes, and actions for team meetings and workshops.

We are looking for you if…

You've already gained 1-2 years of experience in similar position or have a degree in PR/Communications, Marketing or Business Management
You are fluent in English (additional German or French would be an advantage) 
You have a passion for public relations, corporate communications,internal communication or employee engagement
You have good copywriting skills

You have an advantage if:

You have experience in video production, producing and managing marketing or internal communication materials, supporting virtual, in-person or hybrid events (preparing or on-site support).
You have previous experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, MS tools, SharePoint or Viva Engage (or formerly Yammer)
