International Commercial Manager
The Business Partnering services we aim to deliver to the business areas we support are “Business Performance Management” and “Decision Support”. We aim to underpin with straightforward and proactive engagement and a good business understanding.
We work with our colleagues in Finance Operations team to deliver these services. Our functions divide into Accounting, Assurance and Business Partnering Services.
As a minimum we deliver timely, reliable and accurate information to the business, and where we can we also aim to provide interpretation and insight into your business and supporting and challenging our stakeholders’ business decisions from a financial perspective.
What you’ll do
- You will own the commercial relationship with the customer.
- Negotiate changes with the customer and manages the commercial change process.
- Agree appropriate margins/pricing with the Computacenter account team.
- Drive commercial behaviours and thinking across Service Management
Key Accountabilities
- Owning the end-to-end commercial process with the customer.
- Drive profitability and growth through effective customer negotiations and ISP cost management.
- Manage (or delegates the management of) the customer billing & PO processes.
- Manage the commercial change process to ensure all cost and revenue changes are documented and approved.
- Collaborate with the International Commercial Manager & finance teams to ensure all impacts of change and variances are accurately reported in P&L forecast.
- Understand, monitor and support the management of all contractual commercial triggers.
- Manage Indexation & Service Credits process.

What you’ll need
- Demonstrable commercial expertise of global services (ideally Managed Services)
- Proven track record of work experience in a challenging commercial environment.
- Effective communications skills at all levels.
- Highly skilled in decision-making and negotiation.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Demonstrable experience of management in an international, multi-cultural environment.
Additional Comments:
- We are ideally seeking a fluent German Speaker, but will consider applicants who fit the core job duties
- There will be a requirement of travel to Europe (Germany), likely to be once a month for internal meetings and with the client.
- We would consider applications from the UK, Germany, France, Belgium or Hungary (however eligibility to work on these countries are a pre-requisite)
