Our Salespeople play a critical role in providing technology and solutions to some of the world's leading organizations helping to address their business needs and objectives while generating revenue and growth for the company. Working in sales you’ll be part of a high-performing, proactive team, that helps our customers Source, Transform and Manage their technology infrastructure to deliver digital transformation and provide solutions that help them to change the world.

Our 18-month Sales Associates Program, starting in July of 2025, offers you a structured development path. You’ll have access to some of the industry's best training and a platform to accelerate your career in sales. Working with your fellow Associates, you’ll learn how to effectively execute the full sales cycle and develop the essential skills and business acumen to build long-term relationships with our world-renowned customers and become one of our highly regarded, world-class sales professionals who are at the front and center of our business.

What you’ll do
Based just outside of Atlanta in Norcross, GA. for the first 12 months, you will spend time learning about our business, core capabilities, and how we operate.
Build your understanding of how different products and our solutions help to address customer business goals and objectives.
Develop the fundamental sales skills required to become a high-performing salesperson through simulated sales activities, presentations, training, and 121 coaching.
Support with sales campaigns, producing customer-facing documentation, and developing your knowledge on our internal tools and processes.
Drive your personal development by working to understand yourself, establishing your personal brand, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Sales experience (professional sales or sales internships)
  • A strong interest in technology and sales.
  • You are personable with the ability to communicate and build relationships.
  • You are hardworking and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • You have a growth mindset and are inquisitive.
  • You are available to relocate within driving distance to our Norcross, GA office starting in mid-July 2025 to start the 18-month Professional Sales Associate Program (12 months in Norcross)
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support our customers

Salary: 70,000 annualized salary plus 5,000 relocation bonus (if relocating from >50 mile radius)
Start Date: July 2025
Program duration: 18 months

The North American Sales Associates Program is an unprecedented opportunity for graduates and individuals to receive Computacenter-tailored sales training to become our next generation of front- line sellers. With mentor-support from our tenured sales professionals, the program and its instructors deliver first class training on how to effectively highlight and communicate
Computacenter’s extensive capabilities to our targeted customers. Our Sales Associates are taken through a basic sales education to a position of equipped, IT industry centered knowledge to enable them to engage properly with prospects and customers throughout North America. Our focus on the development of our future sales talent outlines a pathway of growth and success as we grow Computacenter through the United States and Canada.
