What you'll do

Overseeing all assets coming into the workshop and liaising with distribution teams to resolve discrepancies
Conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate asset tracking
Coordinating with service teams to secure repair approvals from customer accounts
Ordering and distributing parts to enable timely and quality repairs
Managing return parts, logging service calls, and maintaining clean and organized workspaces
Supporting stock management sessions and implementing 6S standards to drive efficiency
You'll be a crucial link in ensuring customers receive their devices on time and to the highest standard

What you'll need

Strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail
Clear, confident communication – both written and verbal
A natural sense of urgency and ability to multi-task effectively
A flexible, collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
Experience working within teams and building effective relationships
