Life on the team

On a daily basis:

  • Support the Reporting & Automation SME in evaluating and responding to automation requests
  • Develop, implement and maintain automation solutions and related tools
  • Develop reports using Power BI
  • Responsible for maintenance of existing automations
  • Acts as back-up for the Reporting Analyst role.
  • Collaborate with functional SMEs to implement the right metrics to support business decisions and performance management
  • Automate reporting portfolio to improve cycle time and accuracy
  • Exploits existing data tools and systems to deliver work
  • Finds the tool most suitable to get to the desired result

You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You have experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP, including data tables.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have experience in automating interaction between SAP and MS Applications.
  • You have advanced Excel skills (complex, multi-layer formulas, pivots, VBA) and SharePoint knowledge.
  • You have experience using Power BI and in building attended and unattended Robotic Process and Desktop Automations.
  • You are able to communicate and present to stakeholders.
  • You have good administrative skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You have strong organizational skills and are able to prioritize and execute multiple assignments efficiently.
  • You have good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills, and are able to build relationships.
  • You have proven analytical experience (turning data into meaningful operational analysis)

You have an advantage if you have experience…

  • with process mining tools (such as Celonis).
  • with Power Automate.
  • with AI tools (MS Copilot).
  • in operational processes such as P2P, O2C, A2R.
  • in Project management.
