Life on the team

The main responsibility is to enhancing, creating and developing reporting capabilities for the SSC to provide Insight to enable managers/team leaders to make better decisions or explanations of performance while improving efficiency by automating or simplifying reporting related work.

On a daily basis:

The aim of the position is to support the Budapest SSC by:

  • Creating accurate mid-month and month-end operational reports
  • Being first point of contact for reporting related ticketing
  • Improving reporting packs as per stakeholder requirements
  • Understanding AP and AR KPIs and giving insight with accurate data analysis
  • Exploiting data tools to deliver work
  • Finding the tool most suitable to get to the desired result
  • Providing clear and supported documentation for backup purposes
  • Enforcing standard process documentation methodology by regular process reviews and updates
  • Maintaining the precision and integrity of transactional reporting

You are ideal candidate if:

  • You have advanced MS Office skills especially Excel, VBA, PowerPoint – Power BI is an advantage
  • You have minimum 2 years' experience in the Shared Services sector, preferably in a Finance role
  • You have demonstrated Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience 
  • You are fluent in English (additional French or German is an advantage)
  • You have strong SAP knowledge, including data tables
  • You have a College / University degree preferably in the field of Economics (Finance or Business Administration)
  • You have proven track record of reporting and data analysis
  • You have strong networking skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • You are able to manage time and work according to deadlines and priorities
  • You are able to work in an autonomous fashion.
