Life on the team…
On a daily basis:
· Accountable for ensuring that all AP activities are performed, and policy/regulatory requirements are met during the migration and the BAU period as well.
· Create and maintain standard best practices
· Supervise transitions for related areas, support changes, participate/lead efficiency projects
· Staff the team with capable people, release employees if that becomes necessary
· Ensure team members are adequately trained, encourage development of skills, ensure backup structure is in place
· Active support in employee engagement
· Creates talent review file and follows up agreed actions
· Conducts 1-2-1 sessions and Winning Together reviews with Team members, and use the information to motivate them for improving performance
· Set SMART operational objectives for team and give adequate guidance and supervision. Create an environment that encourages excellence; recognize and reward initiative, imagination, and work well done.
· Conduct performance reviews in line with CC policies
· Regular coaching and feedback to team members in a professional way
· Ensure administrative tasks are done on time (e.g. timesheet submissions, performance documents are up to date, sick leave forms submitted, mandatory trainings, Clean desk policy, health&safety etc.)
· Assisting the integration of new team members
· Addressing team members’ individual job related problems, complaints
· Coordinating central and general trainings
· Negotiating the dates of annual leaves, holidays
· Approving assets and licenses/authorisations
· Resolves customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
· Plans and distributes workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met
· Raises and supports ideas with proactive approach to solutions
· Apply the strategy of the team professionally
· Ownership of a strategic project of the team
· As part of stakeholder management, launches customer surveys (both internal and external) and analyses the results, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing gaps.
· Drives the team in achieving the predetermined monthly targets, key performance, and efficiency indicators.
· Ensure quality and control targets are met and audit compliant.
· Support external audit and internal audit when needed.
· Ensure performance and attitude is in accordance with AP Vision and Mission
You are the ideal candidate if...
· You have minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Accounts Payable and 3+ years’ experience in an international SSC environment.
· You are fluent in English and French or German is an advantage.
· You have priority management, influencing, analytical thinking, facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· You have experience of relevant ERP business systems e.g. SAP. and MS office.
· You have excellent customer service skills and administrative skills.
· You are able to analyse data and produce reports.
· You are team player with collaborative and supportive style.
· You have excellent business focused oral and written communication skills.
· You are able to prioritize and work on tight timelines as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the team individually.
· You are able to manage stakeholders professionally and independently through professional communication up to FSSC Manager level.
· You have advanced academic background, preferably to good degree level or equivalent
