What you’ll do

Act as the primary customer liaison, managing the sale of complex services and solutions to maximise profitability
Own and maintain sales documentation and methodologies to support an effective and informed sales process
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and management to ensure solutions are aligned to customer requirements
Successfully close complex deals while identifying opportunities to enhance commercial value
Address and resolve customer queries promptly to drive high levels of customer satisfaction
Take full ownership of operational transactions to ensure clear accountability for the customer relationship
Proactively build and strengthen relationships across multiple customers, seniority levels, and opportunities
Identify and develop a broad pipeline of customers and opportunities to support targeted sales campaigns

What you’ll need

Strong track record in new business generation
Ideally have knowledge/experience with insurance customers or financial service customers
Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of customers and opportunities.
Ability to manage customer expectations.
Comprehensive understanding of IT services and products
Commercial, Financial, and legal understanding
Negotiation and influencing skills applied across the various customer organisations.
Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of larger and more complex customers and opportunities at all levels.
Ability to move business forward, even during challenging periods
