Computacenter Romania is seeking an MS Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English to join our growing team.

You will provide frontline support for Microsoft 365 services, Windows operating systems, and Azure resource management, ensuring timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be actively involved in troubleshooting, documentation, and supporting the transition to a structured ticketing environment. You will collaborate with users across various levels of technical expertise and contribute to stabilizing and improving support workflows. What you’ll do

  • Deliver 1st level support for Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, license management) and Windows OS.

  • Provide troubleshooting and consultancy across the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows).

  • Handle support requests submitted via a dedicated mailbox (with future transition to a ticketing system).

  • Accurately document incidents, solutions, and escalation paths within agreed SLAs.

  • Communicate effectively in both German and English, offering clear guidance to technical and non-technical users alike.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L2 teams in Germany, ensuring complete handover information.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support process enhancements and knowledge sharing.

  • Apply and follow access control policies in Azure Active Directory.

  • Support the implementation of Zendesk as a ticketing platform and contribute to user adoption and configuration best practices.

What you’ll need

  • Prior experience in a technical support or service desk environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zendesk or another enterprise ticketing tool.

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems (configuration, troubleshooting).

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 environments – including license and identity management.

  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and access control policies (min. 1 year).

  • Fluency in German (B2) and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.

  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.
