As a Power Platform Principal, you will create effective solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. You'll work closely with consultants in Germany and Romania to build practical solutions that help our clients achieve their goals. Your role involves understanding client needs and turning them into useful digital tools.

What you’ll do

Design and develop high-quality solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with teams in Germany and Romania to create innovative client solutions.
Evaluate customer requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
Build data architectures in Dataverse or SharePoint Online.
Implement solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Manage customer change requests and ensure successful implementation.
Test solutions thoroughly and oversee their deployment.
Create documentation and ensure a smooth transition to operational teams.
Mentor team members on best practices in Power Platform usage.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Strong experience with Power Platform, focused on developing complex solutions.
Proficient with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Forms, and Dataverse.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills that facilitate teamwork.
Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

More information

Nice-to-have:

Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and CoE initiatives.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 and PL-600.
Advanced German language skills are a plus.
