We are looking for a Networking Support Specialist with German in Bucharest to join our team.
The role is primarily based on ticket resolution and represents a learning opportunity in terms of networking and the respective products used in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve network issues, focusing on Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and more
Develop and implement solution strategies independently
Troubleshoot and provide 1st/2nd level support
Maintain and document technical solutions
Establish and maintain trust-based customer relationships
Communicate new customer requirements to project managers
Communication is predominantly through text, tickets, and emails, with less direct interaction over the phone.
Requirements:
Technical degree or equivalent practical knowledge (at least 1-2 years on a similar position)
Basic knowledge of programming, scripting, and network topologies/protocols
Familiarity with Cisco routers, switches, and TCP/IP data flow
Experience in network administration, preferably with CCNP certification
Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
ITIL Foundation knowledge can be an advantage
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Availability to work in a hybrid setup
Availability to work in shifts once the team expands
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals is a nice-to-have.
An initial training period will be provided to ensure that you can deliver the highest quality results.
