We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative fluent in German to join our expanding Customer Service Center. As an essential member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both our internal and external customers.

What you’ll do

  • Responsibilities:

    • Qualify needed replacement devices based on a provided matrix, allocate materials, and check availability when required.

    • Direct customer contact for scheduling or address coordination and provide timely status updates to improve customer satisfaction.

    • Process and resolve process-related errors at the ticket level.

    • Document and update statuses in the ticket management tool.

    • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements by considering both process requirements and customer-specific transactions.

    • Serve as a contact person for internal and external customers for ticket-based queries.

    • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual security events or other security risks to the organization.

    • Process tickets (or corresponding work tasks) in a timely and priority-oriented manner according to agreed KPIs, warranty status, processes, and customer-specific procedures based on Standard Operating Procedures.

    • Track assigned tickets and escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.

    • Create quotas and track their status.

What you’ll need

  • Requirements:

    • Possess a basic understanding of IT service delivery and service desk functions.

    • Understand and adhere to end-to-end policies and procedures.

    • Work according to SLAs and OLAs, using prioritization to achieve the expected results.

    • Conscientiously process incoming orders based on predefined Standard Operating Procedures.

    • Maintain KPIs at the required level consistently.

    • Have a basic understanding of IT support and IT Service Management Tools; knowledge of SAP is beneficial.

    • Possess a working knowledge of Windows and MS-Office.

    • Exhibit good interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills.

    • Work under supervision and as a team player, able to learn new tasks/areas quickly, and show a willingness to progress.

    • Demonstrate an organized approach to work and the ability to work independently.

    • Exhibit strong customer service abilities and routine administrative skills.

    • Possess good communication skills in English and German.
