What you’ll do

Support in the execution of Business Strategy by implementing people initiatives that positively impact our people.
Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with local and group executives to align HR practices with business goals
Collaborate with specialized HR functions (Recruitment, L&D, Rewards) to address business issues and ensure proper adoption of Group Programs in Romania
Provide comprehensive support to local and group management on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Support key talent acquisition programs to enable the hiring of top-tier candidates into the organization.
Analyze trends and metrics to make organizational decisions and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills in English, demonstrated by experience working with multiple stakeholders in global or international environments.
Experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar capacity.
Proven project management experience in implementing successful programs and initiatives.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a proven record of accomplishment of effective collaboration across teams.
Proficient in managing and analyzing metrics to provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
