What you’ll do
Manage supplier payments and receivables, ensuring accurate reconciliation, compliance with contracts, and adherence to payment deadlines.
Analyze and forecast funds for sponsorships and tax redirection, preparing documentation in compliance with fiscal legislation.
Develop and monitor monthly budgets for activities, tracking and reporting variances to optimize resources and maintain financial compliance.
Oversee supplier contracts and related documents, managing renewals, amendments, and archiving both physically and digitally.
Upload and verify invoices in platforms such as BDO and internal tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Prepare detailed financial and operational reports for internal use and group-level requirements.
Support inventory management, tracking depreciation, and planning for replacement or decommissioning of IT equipment.
Provide administrative and financial support for internal events, travel orders, and expense reimbursements, ensuring alignment with company policies.
What you’ll need
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, administrative support, or a related field.
Proven skills in financial reconciliation and budget monitoring, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with financial platforms (e.g., BDO) and internal tools is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2–3 days on-site in Cluj-Napoca, part-time (6 hours per day).
Collaborative and adaptable, capable of working effectively in a global team structure.
