About the role
Perform a range of HR work activities to meet business and customer requirements in North America. This role will work under the direction of the Director of Reward & HR Business Support and work closely with the HR Business Partners and the Center of Excellence teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction levels. Position allows working remotely from home three days per week.


What you'll be doing

  • Perform a range of HR work activities to meet business and customer requirements in North America.
  • Responsible for maintaining the organizational structure in Computacenter’s global ERP application systems such as SAP HCM, Employee Central and ServiceNow, and managing the tickets in the Remedy and ServiceNow ticket system specifically
    for North America from request to resolution.
  • Maintain Remedy ticket system for NGHR HR Requests, organizational restructures, management and PA access requests, back-end systems updates such as master position creations and Success Factors updates to requisitions as assigned.
  • Oversee a seamless ERP transition from SAP to Employee Central and ServiceNow by ensuring end-to-end data validation and actively participating in testing as needed.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to maintain all manager access requests and team structure moves within the SAP, Employee Central and ServiceNow system and work closely with GIS IAM to set up MSS access.
  • Apply understanding of system capabilities to respond to questions on org structure, status of tickets/requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain master position list for North America and Canada and add new master positions to the system once approved as requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Ensure employee data is accurate and reflected the same in SAP and ADP systems and provide weekly reporting to Finance.
  • Escalate issues in line with HR Standard Operating Procedures and processes to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Communicate on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations and provide follow-up and status notes in system.


Minimum Requirements

  • At a minimum, a U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or the foreign degree equivalent.
  • 4 years' experience in the job offered or any related occupation.
  • Experience with SAP (Organizational Management) and PA (Personal Administration) Modules.
  • Experience with SAP configuration and business process analysis.
  • Experience in organization management supporting automated HRIS systems.
  • Experience completing end to end SAP implementation in the area of HR.
