What You Will Do
In this role you will lead a team of Account Managers (private sector) and have commercial end-responsibility for a portfolio of large and strategic enterprise accounts. You will receive a team target and will be reporting to the Country Unit Management NL.
Your key responsibilities include:
Leading, motivating, coaching, mentoring, inspiring, and supporting your Private Sales team to drive behavior, performance, and results
Developing a strong understanding of the customer environment, internal organization, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Monitoring and safeguarding Computacenter’s strategy and vision
Developing commercial strategies to maintain and grow market share
Building and expanding relationships “high and wide” within customer organizations to strengthen partnerships
Conducting regular Business Reviews with the sales team to define and follow up on strategic actions
Managing customer engagement to transact complex services and solutions that maximize profit
Engaging the right resources and management to ensure solutions meet customer needs
Measuring CRM and forecast accuracy within the team and driving continuous improvement
Reporting forecasts and commercial strategy to the Country Unit Management NL
Maintaining senior relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and strategic partners – and using these relationships to support your team and achieve targets
Supporting the team in driving commercial progress on the SWEET16 list
Driving the Managed Services pipeline with your team and supporting qualification
Creating additional value through Professional Services in our customer offerings
Supporting governance processes and ensuring compliance
Helping the team to sell across the full Computacenter portfolio
