Computacenter GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced SAP Professionals, to bring maturity to their existing operational risk approach. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in enterprise IT risk management and can create a plan to deliver improvements then execute against the plan.

Good communication skills and relationship building will enable the candidate to excel at the role, build a culture of strong risk management and advance their career within Computacenter.

What you'll do

You are part of an SAP Applications Department within a global acting Support Team of currently 7 people.
In cooperation with the technical consultants of the team, you are working in a hybrid solution and ensure the ongoing production operation for all SAP users at international group level.
After a comprehensive onboarding, you have a fundamental overview about our internal SAP processes, and actively support our users and ensure qualified SAP second level support for the SAP system.
You are analysing and fixing upcoming technical SAP issues.
You are Monitoring the issue tracking system for newly user issues and follow process to meet service level agreements.
You create knowledge-based articles to help user mitigate or circumvent known problems.
You Assist with upgrades, new releases and monitor performance of the technical objects.
You implement customer requirements and correct errors using SAP customizing or SAP ABAP/4 programming: BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, Smartforms, user exits, BDC coding and interfaces.
You develop enhancements.
You are writing technical specifications.

What you'll need

Technical education or studies in IT or a comparable qualification/professional experience.
Advanced knowledge of ABAP OO Programming and knowledge how to analyse issues via Debugging.
First experience with S4 Hana is an advantage.
