What you’ll need
15 years of regular education
• 6+ years’ experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large enterprise DDI environments.
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions and implement and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
• Working experience with multiple vendors (OEM, Service providers, etc.) and customers.
• Hands-on experience on working with Appliance modules Infoblox.
• Hands on experience in DNS Registration Add/Modify/Delete, DHCP Scope Creation, M-DHCP, IP reservation, TXT record update, etc.
• Able to explain scenarios and have working knowledge and be able to troubleshoot the functions and operations of Infoblox appliances (internal and external).
• Experience in upgrade strategy for the DNS/DHCP software’s when new versions are released and historical logs verification for the DNS/DHCP queries.
• Able to troubleshoot the DNS / DHCP related issues and resolve the issues.
• Able to rebuild the DNS / DHCP servers, if server crashes.
• Able to monitor the health of the DDI appliance using monitoring tools.
• CCNA and Linux certification is added advantage.
• Hands on experience in Linux, wireless, routers & switches are added advantage.
• Working knowledge of authentication technologies and tools Cisco ISE.
• Good understand on Basic routing, switching and wireless technologies.
• A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.

• Remote management - Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements.
• You will be working on industry leading technology and products from Infoblox to manage DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management.
• Provide quality of service to our customers for the ticket assigned to you.
• Communicate effectively to the customers on the ticket you working to avoid escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• You will be working with dynamic team, who supports our customers 24/7.
• Maintain SLA performance targets.
• You’ll understand network services requirements and actionable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly with dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
• Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
• Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.
