You will bring your IT experiences and deliver the quality of services to our customers across the globe and will help us to shape the team. What you’ll do

  • Remote management - Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements with 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • You will be working on industry leading technology and products including Cisco, HP, Aruba, etc.
  • You will be troubleshooting complex network incidents across the regions.
  • You will be implementing complex changes in network devices like Routers, Switches and Wireless controllers.
  • Troubleshooting the incident events and logging history through tools including Spectrum, NNMi, Solarwinds, HP IMC. Working in Ticketing tools like Service-Now and VPN.
  • Provide quality of service to our customers for the ticket assigned to you.
  • Communicate effectively to the customers on the ticket you are working to avoid escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • You will be working with dynamic team, who supports our customers 24/7.
  • Maintain SLA performance targets.
  • Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
  • Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.

What you’ll need

  • Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
  • Previous experience supporting Investment Banking/financial environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of financial applications and MS Office suite of products
  • Experience in customer service/support, client services, production support or technical support role
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft product such as O365, Teams, Windows OS 10, VPN.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Windows OS 10, Apple Mac, and Mobile device (Apple, Android)
  • Strong technical skills related to desktop, mobile, End User compute environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University with a concentration in IT or Computer Science related discipline is preferred but not essential
