Life on the team

As a key member of our Technology Sourcing function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the performance of our International Business Support team, with full accountability for delivery for our International customers within our German business.

Joining our team in Budapest offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact, international operation, influence strategic direction, and drive continuous improvement across service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

As a GTS Manager, you will lead and develop a medium, multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, taking full ownership of operational delivery, performance outcomes, and service excellence. You will act as a senior leader within the function, defining direction, setting clear objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of business priorities.


On a daily basis:

Strategy / Operational Efficiency / Finance Management

  • You drive the execution of business strategy, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes that support growth and profitability
  • You will initiate and lead initiatives that enhance our service quality whilst also drive efficiency improvements and cost optimisation
  • You will develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring the delivery SLA, KPI, and service quality commitments
  • Actively participate in management meetings, 1:1s, and other internal or external discussions

Relationships & Networking

  • You will develop strong stakeholder relationships that supports to build credibility and position the International team as a trusted Business Partner.
  • You will establish strong internal and cross-functional networks to enable collaboration, scalability, and service excellence

Service Quality

  • You will own end-to-end service quality and customer satisfaction across your area of responsibility
  • You will lead the resolution of escalations, ensuring a timely and effective outcome whilst protecting Computacenter and our customer relationships
  • You drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing enhancements successfully.

People Leadership

  • You lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, creating a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous growth
  • You set clear performance expectations and actively manage outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • You will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding and development of new team members
  • You will proactively coach and support employee development of your team
  • You will be a visible and credible leader, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment

Adherence to policy

  • You will ensure compliance to Computacenter policies and report any risks or incidents
  • You will ensure QHSE standards and best practices are followed by your team
  • You will leave investigations of incidents and help define corrective actions that avoid future occurances


You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You bring strong management experience with at least 3 years in a similar fast paced, complex operational or commercial area
  • You are fluent in German (Business level) and English
  • You have experience working with reports and management tools to drive performance
  • You show strong business understanding and think and act in an entrepreneurial way
  • You have strong problem-solving skills & effective decision maker
  • You are a confident communicator across all levels
  • You can handle and resolve escalations effectively
  • You stay resilient and self-motivated in challenging situations
  • You are comfortable using MS Office applications
  • Must be able to travel Internationally (primarily to Germany)

You have an advantage if...

  • You have experience in Inside Sales or service led commercial environment
  • You have experience leading multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, including working in a hybrid setup
  • You have experience with process improvement techniques and know how to apply them
  • You bring project management experience, ideally in an international setting
  • You understand current and emerging market trends, as well as different geographic and cultural needs
