Life on the team...

The Services Sourcing Executive is a single point of contact for end user customers and Sales for information, qualification and delivery of international solutions across Computacenter countries and Computacenter’s International Partner Network for product and non-complex services.

On a daily basis:

Qualification of all new inbound and outbound international opportunities updating the relevant trackers
Assist with margin, capability and pricing research in multiple countries
Ensure multi-country quotations are processed within specific requested timelines and requirements
Ensure quotes are technically vetted as required – ensure that local quotations are generated using correct Deskside Intervention Pricing and Partner specific quotes
Ensure product and service orders are processed within customer specific SLA in each country
Produce tracking reports as required by customers and for internal governance
Take ownership of the resolution of Partner purchase order and invoice queries
Regular contact with Internal service provider to control cost and revenue.

You are an ideal candidate if...

You are fluent in English and German paired with good communication skills
You are able to multi-task and prioritise workload
You have good Administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
You are good with Customers – you are able to listen and understand the needs of customers and sales
You possess the ability to take ownership of queries/problems to resolution
You have good understanding of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
You are able to deal effectively with difficult internal and external customer situations
You have cultural sensitivity and awareness
You are a team player
You have good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to build relationships.
