The Junior Sales Order Administrator will be responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate (right first time) entry and processing of customer sales orders in the relevant systems and tools This role will ensure high performance, productive and excellent operational customer service.

On a daily basis:

  • Efficient Order Processing: Own the timely, accurate entry of sales orders into the system, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs and expectations
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with internal teams, including Purchasing, to resolve non-standard orders and handle issues like margin blocks, credit breaches, or export controls
  • Lead with Accuracy: Examine customer orders, ensuring specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and all other requirements are flawless before processing
  • Drive Satisfaction: Handle returns, process credits, and resolve any order or invoice queries with speed and efficiency, ensuring a right-first-time approach
  • Stay Ahead: Continuously update your systems knowledge, ensuring you stay on top of any changes and new tools to improve order management
  • Customer Success Champion: Regularly collaborating with internal teams to obtain information related to sales order processing
  • Create Value: Select the appropriate delivery service, configuration, and other value-added services as required by the customer.

You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations and/or a Customer Service environment
  • You have a good command of spoken and written English and Dutch (additional German or French could be an advantage)
  • You have strong orientation toward customer service with exceptional communication skills to build relationships and resolve issues
  • You have the ability to work seamlessly with internal teams to drive results and ensure customer success
  • You possess the reliability, conscientiousness, and a proactive approach to ensure accuracy in every order
  • You have basic knowledge of MS office (additional SAP knowledge would be an advantage).
