Our Group Managed Services (GMS) marketing and communications team is growing! We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to join us as a Content Creator Apprentice. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team, working on a wide variety of projects that impact both our internal and external audiences and help to enable the growth of the managed services business.

The marketing team work to enable sales through effective and relevant education. The communications team cover internal communications supporting the directors to deliver messages across the business. You’ll be helping both teams to produce these materials, amplifying our messaging as well as supporting customer engagement. The work is varied and interesting from producing and editing videos, support with graphic, events and much more. No day is the same!

What you’ll do

For the duration of your programme, you will be studying towards a Content Creation Apprenticeship level 3 qualification. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will dedicate 80% of your time in work and 20% to studying toward your qualification.

You will also be supporting the following:

  • Filming and editing content in our offices and our in-house studio using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Assisting with post-production tasks including colour correction, audio balancing, and motion graphics, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop in addition to other applications in the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports our communications strategy
  • Collaborating with the wider comms team to bring creative briefs to life
  • Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table and helping shape our content


What you’ll need

  • To be considered for this programme, you must have a minimum of two GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including Mathematics and English Language
  • A passion for the evolving world of digital media and enjoy video editing, content creation, photography and elements of graphic design
  • You’ll need to be willing to learn and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Creativity and confidence to share new ideas
  • Time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud apps is a bonus, but not essential


Please note that for successful applicants, offers will be conditional on passing additional eligibility checks with our training provider including a review of any previous qualifications you hold. Due to the funding requirements of the apprenticeship, applicants must not have already obtained or studying towards a level 3 qualification in content creation.
