About the role
As the Inventory Manager, you will be accountable for high quality, end-to-end management and tracking of stock levels of IT equipment onsite including the maintenance of asset records, accurate reporting, and service improvement recommendations.

Salary range: $75k to $90k

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan, schedule, manage and execute cycle counts, physical audits, and ad-hoc inventory checks.
  • Perform Inventory counts as required by business demands.
  • Generate, distribute, and validate count sheets, barcode/RFID scans, and audit documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including product quarantines, write-offs, and ownership updates.
  • Determine causes of inventory issues and implement solutions, including recommending commercial write off, inventory adjustments.
  • Ensure Issues that cannot be resolved are promptly escalated to your management team, through clear communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance stock accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and improve workflow.
  • Evaluate current inventory management processes and recommend areas for improvements.
    Forecast inventory needs, define safety stock, and reorder points in coordination with procurement and planning teams.
  • Allocate labor and equipment resources for efficient inventory management and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Determine equipment, materials and resources required to complete inventory management activities.
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service by ensuring data transparency and timely updates.
  • Assist in employee hiring, training, retention, performance evaluation and termination activities.
  • Conduct employee training, performance reviews, coaching and counselling for direct reports.
  • Support the deployment of new inventory technologies, such as automation, and predictive analytics tools.


What you have

  • Experience with inventory optimization, stock room management.
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the usual and customary methods of performing the job functions, including: a variety of standing, sitting, and walking throughout the day; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective processes & procedures.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel (e.g., Excel formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables) and has skill in preparing tables, graphs, and charts.
    Must possess strong results and goal/deadline, strong oriented work ethic and a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to develop and bring to completion multiple assignments concurrently.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
