About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support Logistics & Technical Services (LTS) processes.

You will also support the Operational teams in analyzing and presenting both financial and management information to LTS leadership.

You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data from various sources and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

You will also use your analytical skills and statistical tools to perform exploratory and predictive analysis, identify trends and patterns, detect errors requiring rework and generate recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in data analysis and data visualization. You should also have excellent customer facing communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into simple and clear messages. You should be curious, creative, and collaborative, and have a passion for solving problems with data.


What you'll be doing

Work with multiple software platforms collecting data from one and processing within a groupwide SAP system.

  • Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends & patterns.
  • Create and maintain data models, pipelines, and workflows.
  • Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI and Pyramid.
  • Transform complex data into compelling stories for various stakeholders, emphasizing service statuses and improvement strategies. Interpret and communicate data findings.
  • Leverage continuous service improvement techniques to suggest improvements based on trends and insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to support decision-making.


What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role
  • Solid working knowledge of Service Now
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Experience with service desk and/or onsite support environments is a plus
  • Familiar with data analysis tools and frameworks
  • Extensive experience with Service Now platform and Performance Analytics
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Pyramid, Tableu, others)
  • Basic knowledge of automation and bots
  • Ability not only to analyze data, but suggest opportunities for improvement
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, especially in constructing narratives
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
