About the role
The Communications Specialist is integral to the development and dissemination of the company's communications, operating model and visual identity. Alongside producing and maintaining high-quality communication materials, this role includes documenting and maintain process efficacy, crafting supporting multimedia content, including video announcements and podcasts as applicable to function.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.

  • Process Collaboration and Project Management (50%)
    • Liaise with Practices across the PS organization to identify and document the current state process landscape in such a way that supporting teams can collaboratively engage to offer process improvement recommendations and supporting action plans.
    • Use strategic thinking approaches to shape process visualization and create management recommendations for action
    • Develop initiative concepts to shape leadership ideas and envision a program of activity to support proposed initiative objectives
    • Support initiatives to catalog and manage process maintenance, contributing to strategy and standards as needed
    • Support Service Design and Catalog needs to ensure the methodology and supporting artifacts in use meet PS standards and reflect the value of the services being proposed.
    • Manage project schedules for all engagements, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Multimedia Production (10%)
    • Produce and edit videos for company announcements, tutorials, and promotional content, ensuring high production value and alignment with communication objectives.
    • Record, edit, and publish podcasts, managing the technical aspects of sound quality and editing to produce engaging audio content.
  • UI Enhancements (20%)
    • Implement UI design tweaks for reports and business applications to improve user experience and ensure consistent brand representation.
    • Work with IT and development teams to apply UI improvements that are visually pleasing and functional.
  • Communication via Email and Multimedia (10%)
    • Create and curate engaging email campaigns through Outlook or other mediums, targeting specific audiences with tailored messages.
    • Distribute multimedia content, including video and audio, across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation and Design (10%)
    • Create dynamic PowerPoint presentations with advanced design techniques that convey information effectively.
    • Craft written content in English, ensuring it is articulate, engaging, and tailored to different platforms and audiences.
    • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for professional-grade graphics and visual elements in line with the brand’s aesthetic

What you have

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Background in Communication, Design and Documentation
  • Strong communication experience including Customer engagement
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex process-centric ideas into a program of activity that can be documented and operationally executed
  • Exceptional English writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and grammatically accurate content.
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint. Visio, Lucidspark or other Workflow design tools is mandatory.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for top-tier presentation and graphic design.
  • Some proficiency in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with audio production for podcasts.
  • Knowledge of UI design principles and tools, with a focus on enhancing the user experience.
  • Strong communication abilities, capable of crafting clear, persuasive, and visually compelling narratives.
  • Experience presenting to a senior audience and with gathering requirements from directors and other executive roles.
  • Detail-oriented organizational skills, able to oversee multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of multimedia work, including video content and UI design projects.
  • Proven experience in managing communication campaigns and producing multimedia content.
  • Adobe Creative Suite certifications a plus.
  • A background in UI/UX design with practical experience in improving business application interfaces is a plus.
