What You Will Do
Undertake assignments by analyzing customer requirements, gathering and evaluating data, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Manage the design and implementation of small, low-risk technical solutions.
Manage and monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices in accordance with best practices.
Conduct regular network assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Provide guidance and technical leadership to team members within assignments to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate as part of a project team on larger solutions, ensuring smooth handover to support organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Attend customer meetings to understand requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Ensure compliance with administrative processes and company guidelines.
Act in accordance with Information Security policies and report any potential or actual security risks.
