Life on the team
As a Technical Analyst, you contribute to the design, implementation, and support of technical solutions for customers. You perform a wide range of complex technical activities, guide less experienced colleagues, and ensure that services are delivered in line with company standards, customer expectations, and contractual requirements.
What You Will Do
Perform complex technical tasks, remotely or on-site, to meet customer and business requirements
Assist in the monitoring of network performance and reliability, identifying and resolving connectivity issues
Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
Participate in troubleshooting network-related problems, documenting issues, and implementing solutions
Coordinate teams delivering basic work packages, ensuring alignment with company processes
Analyse, document, and report completed work to ensure compliance with internal and customer procedures
Ensure operational documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with contractual obligations
Develop best-practice guidelines to ensure consistent technical and procedural compliance
Collaborate with senior engineers on network upgrades and installations, learning best practices in network design
Provide specialist guidance to junior colleagues to maintain a consistent technical approach
Escalate issues using defined processes to ensure customer needs are met
Communicate effectively on complex technical matters to prevent or resolve escalations
Evaluate escalations and resolve them appropriately
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to internal and external customers
Adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to ensure continuous contribution
Identify personal development needs and pursue relevant learning opportunities
Act as a role model in both technical expertise and professional behaviour
Comply with all Computacenter Information Security Policies and report security risks or incidents
