A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Manager within Computacenter Netherlands.

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for the quality, continuity, and ongoing development of our Managed Services for one or more strategic customers. You act as the face of our services towards the customer and as a key figure within our internal teams. Through your leadership, strategic insight, and strong relationship-building skills, you ensure an optimal customer experience and drive commercial growth.

In this role, you orchestrate collaboration across cross-functional and virtual teams and partner closely with Sales, Delivery Leadership, and other internal stakeholders. You translate customer objectives into concrete actions and service improvements and actively contribute to shaping and delivering our account and growth strategies.

Who We're Looking For

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Drive collaboration across Services teams and work closely with Delivery Leadership

  • Provide clear direction, set goals, and foster an inspiring team culture

  • Act as a champion of the One Team approach, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Delivery, and Services

 

Customer Management

  • Build and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders

  • Understand the customer’s business, strategy, and challenges, and translate these into service improvements and initiatives

  • Identify new stakeholders and expand relationships across the customer’s organization

 

Service & Contract Management

  • Oversee service quality and proactively drive service improvements and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage risks, changes, and formal acceptance processes

 

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Take ownership of financial performance, including P&L, baseline performance, and commercial risks

  • Ensure services are delivered at least at the “as sold” while driving continuous improvement

Professional Services & Projects

  • Contribute to pre‑sales activities, project governance, and the successful delivery of Professional Services

  • Collaborate with Project Management and Delivery Leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes

Growth & Strategic Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the existing service scope

  • Actively contribute to Account Planning and support Sales in securing new business

  • Stay informed on market trends, technologies, and the customer’s vendor landscape to generate new growth opportunities

 

What You Will Need

  • Extensive experience in Service Management within complex IT service environments

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with clear communication and the ability to align cross-functional teams

  • Experience with Managed Services, contract management, P&L responsibility

  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to operate in a customer-centric, trust-based environment

  • Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a hands-on mindset

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels (internal and external)

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
