A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Manager within Computacenter Netherlands.
As a Service Manager, you are responsible for the quality, continuity, and ongoing development of our Managed Services for one or more strategic customers. You act as the face of our services towards the customer and as a key figure within our internal teams. Through your leadership, strategic insight, and strong relationship-building skills, you ensure an optimal customer experience and drive commercial growth.
In this role, you orchestrate collaboration across cross-functional and virtual teams and partner closely with Sales, Delivery Leadership, and other internal stakeholders. You translate customer objectives into concrete actions and service improvements and actively contribute to shaping and delivering our account and growth strategies.
