We are looking for a Key Account Manager Public - Central Government to strengthen and expand our Central Government team.
Within our Sales Division, we continue to grow our pipeline and track record of business wins by setting clear expectations, taking a straightforward and pragmatic approach, and building trusted relationships with our customers.
We have a strong ambition to accelerate our growth within the Public Sector, with a specific focus on Central Government.
The Key Account Manager Public – Central Government will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic account plan for the sector. The role focuses on building relationships with (potential) customers, managing and coordinating European tenders, collaborating closely with strategic vendors, and working together with various internal stakeholders across Computacenter.
What You Will Do
The Key Account Manager will identify and open opportunities across more complex services and solution sales to ensure a consistent pipeline, and close deals to maximize profitability and secure Computacenter’s long-term success.
Build a good understanding of the customer environment and competitor landscape to determine potential key growth areas
Responsible for commercial strategy in public tenders
Develop sales plans and strategies for key customers to realise those growth areas and achieve customer & Computacenter business objectives
Identifying customers' business challenges and aligning Computacenter product & services to create solutions that deliver significant value
Build and expand relationships “high and wide” in customer organisations to expand the partnership
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent delivery of service, quality of work and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
