We’re looking for a commercially minded Legal Advisor to join Computacenter. You will work directly with sales, lead high-value contract negotiations, and play a hands-on role in turning opportunities into results.

What You'll Do
You will be part of a collaborative, trusted legal team covering Belgium and the Netherlands, where you will:
Lead complex B2B contract negotiations with large customers in collaboration with the sales team
Assist the sales team in preparing commercial offers, ensuring that:
Risks are fully addressed
General terms & conditions and commercial rules are applied
Partner with sales on contracts, offers, and RFP responses
Draft standard contracts and support public procurement agreements
Contribute to the development of new product and service offerings
Identify opportunities by participating in client director meetings
Provide legal advice that balances risk management with commercial strategy
