Are you looking for a role where you help your customers (Public/Private) to ensure that they get the intended returns from their IT investments?

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, to join our sales team and expand our sales reach within our Professional Services business.

What You Will Do

In this role you’ll be responsible for bringing in consultancy and project requests. You create your own business opportunities and ensure proactive relationship management. You play a significant role in our further development contributing to the development and growth of our company within Professional Services.

Establish a professional, consultative relationship with customers up to and including C-level, developing a core understanding of their individual business needs
Develop commercial strategies to maintain and increase market share and achieve customer & Computacenter business objectives
Engage with appropriate resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs
Build a good understanding of the customer environment and competitor landscape to determine potential key growth areas
You maintain and grow long-lasting relationships with our CC clients and ensure client satisfaction
You close deals with a degree of complexity and opportunities to maximise profitability

Your profile

Proven experience in a similar Account Manager role, in an ICT environment
A good understanding of Professional Services (staffing/consulting) and consultative and services-based selling experience
Strategic insights and a natural sense of opportunity by combining a good knowledge of IT service, credibility at senior management and C-level, and expert business development skills
Good negotiation and influencing skills to work at all levels with both technical & commercial and internal & external stakeholders
IT Channel with Vendors, Systems Integrators and Managed Service Providers
An enthusiastic & can-do attitude together with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt and implement change, to work under pressure and towards deadlines
A problem solver with a passion for learning, you are service and solutions-oriented and seed feedback in order to improve
Resilient, with the tenacity to succeed
Team player attitude, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and who delivers on commitments
Strong written and verbal communications skills in Dutch and English is required
