We’re looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our global HR systems. You’ll work with our HR, TA, and IT teams to optimise SuccessFactors Recruiting and related modules, ensuring a seamless experience for users worldwide. This role also plays a key part in consulting with global Talent Acquisition teams on future system innovation and technology strategy.
What you’ll do
- Provide day-to-day support and system administration for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
- Manage configuration, permissions, and user access following global governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, liaising with SAP support as needed.
- Collaborate on system enhancements, integrations, and testing activities.
- Liase with global TA teams and HR Systems to help define future opportunities, benefits and trouble shooting.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support Talent Acquisition insights.
- Deliver user training and documentation for HR and TA teams.
- Contribute to HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll need
- 3–5 years’ experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting Management/Marketing).
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, and support.
- Proven ability to consult with business stakeholders on system design and enhancements.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English with great communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable
- Experience with ServiceNow integration.
- Familiarity with provisioning and release management in SuccessFactors.
- Experience in a shared service or global organisation.
Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (Recruiting) preferred.
