Personnel leadership

  • Effective leadership of a team and/or sub-teams within People Operations in Group HR
  • Living management responsibility within the framework of the CC management guidelines
  • Regular communication of company information to the team
  • Acting as a role model to create a trusting, productive and constructive working environment
  • Personnel requirements planning, implementation of recruiting measures for internal and external applicants and ensuring the integration of new employees
  • Performance management and employee development (identification of potential and targeted promotions)

Management of the team and the corresponding topics

  • Managing and further developing Standard Operating Procedures applied by aligned support teams
  • Developing the strategy of the team and the function, together with the responsible HR manager
  • Controlling and reporting of KPIs and identifying areas of improvements based on that
  • Ensuring service quality in the team and the function

You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You have minimum three years of experience in people leadership role and specialised vocational training or studies (Bachelor). Professional experience in an HR function is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in English. Fluent German and/or French are an advantage.
  • You have high energy and momentum.
  • You have good presentation and facilitation skills.
  • You are able to communicate with senior level managers.
  • You are result- and goal-orientated.
  • You have a basic understanding of project management.
  • You are highly customer-oriented.
  • You have good understanding of the relevant applications (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, BMC Remedy, Genesys, MS Office, etc.) and good knowledge of business administration.
