Personnel leadership

Effective leadership of a team and/or sub-teams within People Operations in Group HR
Living management responsibility within the framework of the CC management guidelines
Regular communication of company information to the team
Acting as a role model to create a trusting, productive and constructive working environment
Personnel requirements planning, implementation of recruiting measures for internal and external applicants and ensuring the integration of new employees
Performance management and employee development (identification of potential and targeted promotions)

Management of the team and the corresponding topics

Managing and further developing Standard Operating Procedures applied by aligned support teams
Developing the strategy of the team and the function, together with the responsible HR manager
Controlling and reporting of KPIs and identifying areas of improvements based on that
Ensuring service quality in the team and the function

You are the ideal candidate if...

You have minimum three years of experience in people leadership role and specialised vocational training or studies (Bachelor). Professional experience in an HR function is an advantage.
You are fluent in English. Fluent German and/or French are an advantage.
You have high energy and momentum.
You have good presentation and facilitation skills.
You are able to communicate with senior level managers.
You are result- and goal-orientated.
You have a basic understanding of project management.
You are highly customer-oriented.
You have good understanding of the relevant applications (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, BMC Remedy, Genesys, MS Office, etc.) and good knowledge of business administration.
