As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team, you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department

Your Team of Subject Matter Experts provide deeper knowledge of the major vendors in the IT Technology. The product supply for the biggest customers across Europe and global players will challenge you and your team.

On a daily basis:

In People Management tasks you provide all aspects of excellent people management:

Planning and distributing workload within your team
Giving regular feedback to team members and coaching them to improve their skills
Taking responsibility for recruitment and team development
Responsible for reliable team performance and escalation management

In Business tasks you and your team support sales in the presales and quoting stage:

Validating the workload and processes for new customer contracts and requests
Alignment and close collaboration with other departments and vendors
Identifying and contributing to process improvements
Strategic development of provided skills in your team with focus on datacenter, networking, security or software.

You are the ideal candidate if...

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in similar environment
You have experience in people management (deputy TL tasks can be an advantage)
You are able to lead, inspire and coach team members to support their personal development
You have great communicational skills and are open minded
You are fluent in English AND German or French.
