Life on the team...

Support global procurement function in the management of our Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes in our new procurement Center of Excellence in Hungary. You will form part of a busy global procurement administration team who will provide procurement administrative support to our global organisation. Reporting initially to the Global Procurement Director, you will work closely with all members of the global procurement organisation and provide support Computacenter employees. For the right candidate there is scope for this role to grow into a team leader role as we build on the Procurement Center of Excellence.

  • Providing prompt system support and guidance to employees across the globe on how to use our different procurement tools and systems
  • Approval and vetting of orders (shopping carts) placed on our internal procurement system (SRM)
  • Timely creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
  • Approval and vetting of international trips booked on our online travel booking tool
  • Utilisation of corporate airmiles where appropriate
  • Build relationships with suppliers to aid overall procurement function
  • Provide support to the business to ensure adherence to our purchasing policies and procedures
  • Support the business and Accounts Payable with invoice reconciliation and billing queries
  • Assisting with general Purchase 2 Pay queries
  • Assist category managers with sourcing activities
  • Assist with general business administration for the global procurement function.

You are an ideal candidate if...

  • You are fluent in English and in French
  • You have understanding of Procure 2 Pay cycle and associated processes
  • You have working knowledge of SRM, SAP, KDS NEO (advantageous)
  • You have working knowledge of corporate travel industry (advantageous)
  • You have high level of computer literacy and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (to include Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • You have basic commercial awareness
  • You have office administration experience
  • You have contract management experience (advantageous)
  • You have excellent organisational skills
  • You have strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • You have highly numerate and effective critical thinking skills
  • You have previous supervisory experience of a small team would be advantageous
  • You have ability to prioritise and work under a tight schedule
  • You are meticulous and diligent.
