Life on the team…

Our HR team is the first line support for CC employees’ HR related questions and queries. Our HR administrators pick up and manage these queries, providing the best and most appropriate solution for them. They also ensure the smooth running of HR processes and coordinate with other HR teams in different CC locations including the UK and France.

On a daily basis:

Answering support queries via tools, phone and email, keeping daily contact with our employees calling from CC locations
Resolving HR related issues which can occur in their total employee life cycle
Providing technical support of HR self-service tools and systems
Running HR admin processes belonging to HR helpdesk
Advising employees on HR processes and policies
Maintaining and improving employee satisfaction level

You are the ideal candidate if...

You have experience in an office environment, having Service Desk or HR Helpdesk experience is an advantage
You have advanced English and French knowledge both orally and in writing. Having any additional European language knowledge is an advantage
You have strong computer skills, including MS Suite, knowledge of HR tools and AI tools is an advantage
You are proactive, adaptable, professional and enjoy contributing to the success of an evolving function
You have strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
You have outstanding communication skills and a customer focused mindset
You are able to build trust and handle sensitive data confidentially
You enjoy working in a team
