Our Credit Assessment Team, within Computacenter, is currently looking for a French and English-speaking Credit Assessment assistant, to join us due to growth.

Working with the Finance and Sales teams, you will be assisting the Credit Assessment department with their objective, of maximising sales whilst managing an acceptable level of risk.

This role would suit someone who has a background Finance operation.

You will work with both Finance and Sales teams in the UK and EU, which will help you grow your understanding and profile within the company.

As Computacenter grows internationally this will give you the chance to interact with Global colleagues and potentially expand your career on an international basis.

On a daily basis:

  • Process new Customer account creation requests.
  • Perform Fraud Prevention checks in preparation for the Credit Risk team to assess risk.
  • Run credit checks in preparation for Credit Risk team to assess for appropriate credit limits.
  • Scanning.
  • Ad hoc – Query resolution.
  • Regular communication with Sales and Finance.
  • Verify proposed changes to Customer Master data are correct.
  • Action any changed in the Customer Master data, once verified.
  • Data cleansing of Customer Master data.
  • Closing customer accounts when required.
