This role is based in our Service Design team, who are accountable for growing Computacenter’s Manged Services business by supporting sales in creating Managed Service designs that meet our customers current and future needs.
As a Service Architect graduate you will work across all areas of Computacenter to develop winning bids. Joining Managed Services division means you are at the heart of our business and will support with providing services for some of the world’s largest organisations help to keep the public safe, keep planes in the air, entertain the world and develop lifesaving drugs. By the end of the 10-month programme, you will be helping grow Computacenter’s business by designing service solutions that help our customers change the world. As well as a long-term career moving off the programme into potential roles such as Service Architect, Lead Deal Architect or Pricing Architect with pathways to becoming future leaders of Computacenter.
What you’ll do
Join the 10-month graduate programme and gain hands-on experience with our core service offerings, leadership development, and industry-recognised qualifications. With a high investment in training and development including offsite high-performance workshops at Loughborough University. You’ll:
- Build strong relationships across Computacenter to understand customer needs and deliver valuable solutions.
- Deepen your knowledge of technical services and commercial strategies to create impactful designs.
- Design cost-effective solutions and explore alternative options for better customer value.
- Develop your communication and presentation skills by sharing your designs with leadership and account teams.
- Analyse key metrics and trends to look for ways in which you can provide additional value and innovation to improve or grow services as part of a deal.
- Work in a global environment, collaborating with colleagues from locations like India, Spain, and South Africa.
What you’ll need
