We are looking for a Scrum Master to provide valuable guidance to the scrum and represent the interests of technology and business pillars. He/she ensures the effective implementation of Computacenter’s Agile delivery practices within squads.

Life on the team
What you’ll do
Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work together with the scrum coach for the adoption of Computacenter’s Agile delivery practices.
Empower the squad to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
Identify barriers to delivery and current delivery impediments, providing experience and skill for resolution
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the squad and leadership layer.
Provide SME enablement.
Leading the configuration teams through the development process.
Foster transparency and ensure information, metrics and progress are reported and accessible by the squad and stakeholders.
Creation of documentation and the curation of reusable artifacts.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling Agile practices within cross-functional teams.
Experience in facilitating scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
Proven experience in identifying barriers to delivery and actively contributing to their resolution.
Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is nice to have.
Full proficiency in English is required
