About the role
The Integration Specialist supports GTS Operations in complex issues in logistics processes, tools and systems in GTS in order to secure the day-to-day business. This role must understand business changes, improvements and enhancements especially with regards to logistics processes, tools and systems in GTS with the help of change programs.

Understand business changes in GTS

  • Identify process and tools improvements
  • Evaluate and interpret internal as well as external enquiries regarding changes on feasibility, potential for improvement and effort in the logistics processes
  • Plan, coordinate and implement necessary steps for realization of change projects
  • Plan and execute test scenarios

Support GTS Operations

  • Support of daily business with complex inquiries about logistics processes, tools and systems

Cooperation within the team, other areas and at group level

  • Ensure representation and support of other team members
  • Ensure know-how transfer within the team
  • Term-internal communication and coordination
  • Continuous development of product knowledge and CC internal End-to-End processes

  • Understanding of one's own role function in day-to-day business in relation to the overall process
  • Establishment of an internal network to ensure a smooth process flow
  • Implementation of change projects within the given time and budget
  • Cooperate as a team and taking the initiative to develop further


What you have

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least three-year logistics training or comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
  • Sound IT knowledge in SAP WM, SD &MM.
  • Good knowledge of logistics tools (WMS, TMS) and functionalities (EDI).
  • Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
  • Good knowledge of global supply chain processes (logistics, sales & purchasing).
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language.
  • Strong self-organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations.
  • Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Team-oriented working and thinking.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Basic knowledge of French (if needed, German would be better, as developers are in DE)
  • Willingness to travel.
