We are looking for a Resource Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Resources team.
In this role you will support and coordinate different scope of tasks, and you will report directly to the Resources Manager.
What You Will Do
Resource planning
Collaborate with scheduling to understand and fulfil resource needs for various projects and assignments
Administration workflow linked to resource planning
Planning and capture of certifications
Recruitment and selection
Assist in the recruitment process for external staff
Act as first point of contact for our external partner on operational matters
Responsible for on- offboarding of our Engineers
Communication and coordination
Point of contact for both internal staff and external resources
Ensure clear and timely communication to employees on allocations, changes and project updates
Coordinate employee availability and resolve any scheduling conflicts
Reporting and analysis
Maintain resource data, including availability, utilisation and performance
Generate reports and analysis to provide insight into resource planning
Identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in resource management and make recommendations for optimisation
Process improvement
Actively contribute to continuous process improvement of resource planning and management
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation of resource-related processes
Collaborate with other departments to integrate resource planning with broader business processes
